An Independent body of local businessmen and residents who have the simple purpose to make the Town Centre a better and more prosperous place.

Objectives

• Create an accessible, safe and high quality environment for the benefit of Residents and the visitor.
• To enhance the vitality and viability of St. Neots by attracting new investment and business which will reflect and build on the identity of St. Neots as a premier Cambridgeshire Market Town.
• To encourage events and activities which will raise the image of the town and promote it as an attractive lively place which people will visit and want to return to.
• To co-ordinate the efforts of the public and private sectors and the community, to work in partnership for the benefit of St. Neots Town Centre.

  The above may seem at first glance to be a "tall order" but we have seen other towns of comparable size revitalise their town with a similar initiative. However, like all organisations we need both funds and support and we therefore are inviting all local businesses which should directly benefit to join the "Supporters Club" for an initial voluntary donation of £30. In return you will receive a "We support the Town Centre Initiative" window badge which we sincerely hope you can display in a prominent position.

  Additional Sponsorship Schemes

  Permanent plaques may be sponsored along the High St. or on the square.
• Seats - five seats on the Market Square may be sponsored for £600 each.
• Benches - 16 benches on the Square may be sponsored for £400 each.
• Hanging Baskets - a number of hanging baskets attached to Victorian style lamp posts may be sponsored for £50 each.

  We would like to stress that these plaques will be permanent fixtures within the town.
